Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive's Hills Pet Nutrition analytics team is seeking a senior analytics professional in the UK to bridge business questions with scalable data solutions. You will partner with Commercial and GIT, design end‑to‑end data blueprints, and lead the development of user‑facing analytics tools across the region.

Focus areas include automation of monthly processes, RGM analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate insight delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering analytics solutions across commercial data sets.
• Experience designing scalable, secure data architectures and end‑to‑end BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with Commercial and GIT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Leverage Hills/Global Analytics to deploy scalable analytics solutions.
• Design end-to-end blueprints for data ingestion, transformation and visualization.
