Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill’s Pet Nutrition unit in the UK seeks an Omni Channel Lead in Woking to guide UK omnichannel initiatives across Pet Specialty, eCommerce, and Vet Corporate channels. You will lead a six-person team, shape strategic direction, and partner with finance to improve forecasting and profitability.

Qualifications

• Extensive omnichannel retail experience across multiple channels.
• Proven track record in key account management and driving eCommerce growth.
• Direct people management experience leading commercial teams.
• Demonstrated full P&L oversight and revenue growth management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3-year omnichannel strategy to outpace the market.
• Lead the team with KPIs cascading into monthly commercial cycles.
• Recruit, onboard and develop personnel for a high-performing team.
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual targets for net sales, volume and margin.
• Partner with Finance to integrate forecasting tools and ROI measurements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align customer plans and terms.
