Qualifications and Experience
  • Leadership skills to inspire and manage a talented staff team.
  • QCF Level 5 qualification or equivalent, with at least 3 years of residential childcare experience.
  • A clean driving license and driving experience.
  • Bonus points for a Leadership & Management qualification; but above all, passion and dedication are essential.
