Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support delivery and design teams on new build projects within the offsite construction industry. You will help ensure smooth project delivery for a tier 1 contractor client base, coordinating information across departments and supporting site operations.

Ideal candidates will have construction-sector experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read drawings. Travel to sites will be expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Background in the construction sector, with subcontractor experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of building processes and programmes.
• Willingness to travel to sites as required.
• Comfortable using different software packages.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Project Managers & Designers
• Collate information across departments for each project
• Travel to sites when required
• Input relevant information inhouse for all departments to see
• Read from design & construction drawings
• Liaise with external suppliers & clients
