Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a reliability and asset health oriented Offshore Operations Supervisor to lead planned maintenance and coordinate offshore wind turbine activities. You will manage daily planning, toolbox talks, and safety briefings, while guiding technicians and coordinating with project support teams.

Ideal candidates have SAP process experience, ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, and hands-on Siemens Direct Drive knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP processes and task lists.
Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.
WTSR competent and certified with service technician background.
Solid troubleshooting experience with Siemens Direct Drive Platform.

Responsibilities

Leading the safe execution of maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest operational, quality and safety standards while supporting offshore operations.
Providing strong safety leadership, promoting a positive safety culture, compliance with WTSR and safe systems of work, and maintaining a psychologically safe working environment.
Leading and develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management and competence development.
Leading work preparation and execution readiness, ensuring maintenance plans, documentation, work orders, materials, resources and contractor support are in place for safe and efficient delivery.
Driving asset performance and reliability through effective work prioritisation, defect resolution, operational performance monitoring and clear communication of progress, risks and improvement opportunities.
