Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a capable Offshore Operations Supervisor for Hornsea 03. You’ll lead safe maintenance activities, guide turbine technicians, and coordinate with regional teams to keep asset health high.

The role includes a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotation, with offshore allowances and a base salary in the mid-£58k range. You will mentor teams, drive reliability, and ensure compliance with safety rules and work processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams and people management.
• Understanding of maintenance delivery and work preparation in offshore wind or safety-critical industries.
• Experience with SAP processes and work order planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe maintenance execution and ensure high safety standards.
• Provide safety leadership and promote a positive safety culture.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching and daily leadership.
• Coordinate work preparation, deliveries, and contractor support for safe delivery.
