Ørsted is seeking a reliability and asset health oriented Offshore Operations Supervisor to lead planned maintenance and coordinate offshore wind turbine activities. You will manage daily planning, toolbox talks, and safety briefings, while guiding technicians and coordinating with project support teams.
Ideal candidates have SAP process experience, ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, and hands-on Siemens Direct Drive knowledge.

Welcome to Hornsea 03 Offshore Operations You'll be part of the far shore supervisor team where you, together with your colleagues, will provide safety and operational guidance for wind technicians including the delivery of toolbox talks and daily safety briefings, work with special projects and project organisation on various turbine systems. Assist in the coordination of campaign works and maintenance tasks along with the Operations Manager. Identify common, reoccurring, and major component faults and collaborate with other departments to reach solutions to ensure a safe and successful operation of all offshore activities.
