Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance execution and troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Experience supervising technicians and contractors with clear direction.
• Knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS for record-keeping.
• Relevant technical qualification, apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planned, corrective, troubleshooting, and campaign activities safely and efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians, specialists, and contractors; support development.
• Coordinate offshore logistics, tools, equipment, and work-pack readiness.
• Provide immediate technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Promote safety culture through leadership, risk management, toolbox talks, and stop-work authority.
• Maintain accurate work orders, technical records, parts usage, and documentation in SAP.
