Job summary

Orsted Hornsea Project Four Limited is seeking an experienced offshore operations supervisor to lead maintenance activities on a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule. You will oversee offshore technicians, deliver toolbox talks, and drive asset reliability with a strong safety culture.

Role requires technical/engineering qualifications and knowledge of SAP processes and work order planning. Offshore allowances apply; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in offshore, wind, or safety-critical industries.
• Experience with maintenance delivery, work prep, and execution.
• Knowledge of SAP processes and work order management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading safe execution of maintenance activities, ensuring high safety standards.
• Providing safety leadership and promoting a positive safety culture.
• Leading and developing high-performing teams through coaching and competence development.
• Coordinating work preparation, materials, and contractor support for safe delivery.
• Driving asset performance through prioritised work and clear progress reporting.
