Job summary
Ørsted Group is seeking a capable professional to lead day‑to‑day delivery of planned, corrective, troubleshooting, and campaign work for offshore transmission assets. You’ll provide technical guidance to technicians and contractors, coordinating activities with the Transmission Manager and support teams.
You’ll ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining accurate records in SAP. The role requires strong maintenance execution and a proactive safety mindset in a demanding offshore
Qualifications
- Strong maintenance execution and troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical and control systems.
- Proven safety leadership and knowledge of safe work systems and incident investigation.
- Experience supervising technicians or contractors and providing clear direction and coaching.
- Familiarity with work management processes and maintaining high-quality records in SAP or similar systems.
- Hold a relevant technical qualification, apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate planned, corrective, troubleshooting, and campaign work.
- Provide technical guidance to technicians, specialists, and contractors.
- Coordinate personnel, offshore logistics, and work-pack readiness with support teams.
- Provide immediate technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, safety briefings, and near-miss reporting.
- Maintain accurate work orders, technical records, and parts usage in SAP or equivalent.
