Job summary

Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an Operations & Crewing Coordinator for a major offshore wind site in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, planning, technical administration, and site support services.

You will manage daily/weekly maintenance plans, optimise crew deployment, and work with SAP and field personnel to ensure efficient execution of work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and coordination experience in a busy operational environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
• SAP experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping capability.
• Effective planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, energy, utilities, marine or similar operations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities and schedules.
• Maintain accurate technical and commercial records and cost separation between service and warranty.
• Support crew transfer logistics and resource deployment.
• Assist with SAP and other systems for operations workflow and billing.
• Prepare and manage maintenance plans and reports; ensure HSE documentation is up to date.
