Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to communicate findings.
• Experience in market analysis, business development support or analyst roles.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis across offshore wind, tracking pipelines and trends.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards and reports summarising opportunities for senior management.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders in the industry.
• Maintain stakeholder data with accurate engagement, leads and opportunities records.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote Cadeler and gather intelligence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BD processes, tools and reporting.
