Job summary

Cadeler is seeking a Business Development Analyst to analyse commercial and operational data, identify growth opportunities and market gaps in the offshore wind sector. You will build trackers, dashboards and reports to support senior management and client-facing solutions.

Based in Norwich with frequent UK/industry engagement, you will develop relationships with stakeholders, deliver actionable insights from auctions and market rounds, and help advance Cadeler's growth while supporting

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant discipline or proven performance in a similar role.
Experience as a business/market analyst or business development support (essential).
Experience in offshore wind, marine or energy sectors preferred.
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization skills are a plus.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis across the offshore wind sector.
Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for senior management.
Develop a network of relationships with stakeholders in the industry.
Support data management of engagements, leads and opportunities.
Attend industry conferences and events to gather intelligence.
Improve BD processes, tools and reporting methods.
