NRL is seeking a Contract Advisor to provide contractual support, analyse, draft and negotiate terms in client and partner agreements across wind offshore projects. You will assess risk, propose strategies, and coordinate contract management with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong English writing, a law degree, and experience with LOGIC, FIDIC and Incoterms. Hybrid working in Kingston is offered as part of the package.

Formación

• Proven experience in a similar contract advisory role, ideally in wind offshore projects.
• Law degree or equivalent.
• Fluent professional English writing.
• Strong legal expertise with LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms and cross-jurisdictional contract law.
• Knowledge of EPC contracts, platform components, offshore plants and subsea field installation.
• Strategic thinker with risk assessment and alignment to business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, draft and negotiate terms in client, partner and subcontractor contracts.
• Identify contract risk and propose favourable risk strategies during acquisition and performance.
• Coordinate contract management activities and ensure all contract aspects are addressed.
• Support negotiations for loans, bank sureties, guarantees and indemnity letters.
• Assist Project Contract Manager and review regulatory requirements.
• Organise contract management documentation and handover processes.
