NES Fircroft, London, is seeking a Contract Advisor for an initial 12-month period. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly and outside IR35 basis.
A law degree and proven experience in contract management within wind offshore projects are preferred, with strong knowledge of LOGIC, FIDIC, and Incoterms. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contractual documents, managing risk, coordinating resources, and supporting loan negotiations and guarantees.
NES Fircroft are supporting a key energy client based in London (KT1) with a Contract Advisor contract role, for an initial period of 12 months.
This will be a hybrid working role, which requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, and we can offer the contract on an outside IR35 basis.
Ideally, we are looking for an individual with a law degree (or similar) and proven experience on a similar role, ideally within the commercial phase for wind offshore projects.
It would also be very advantageous to possess strong legal expertise, including LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms, and both common and civil law systems with a focus on contract law and partnership agreements.
