Job summary

NES Fircroft is supporting a key energy client in London with a Contract Advisor contract role for an initial 12 months, hybrid with a minimum of three days in the office. The ideal candidate will hold a law degree (or equivalent) and bring proven experience in contract management for wind offshore projects, with strong knowledge of LOGIC, FIDIC and Incoterms.

Qualifications

• A law degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience in contract management or a similar role.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of international contract terms and risk allocation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract management activities across projects.
• Draft and review contractual documents with clients and suppliers.
• Define appropriate contract clauses and support negotiations.
• Ensure transfer of risk across contracts and subcontracts.
• Support loan negotiations, bank guarantees, and parent company guarantees.
• Contribute to litigation processes in early stages when needed.
