Job summary

Ceto Talent is partnering with a Leading Tier 1 EPC Contractor to hire a Contracts Specialist/Advisor for Offshore Wind projects in South West London. Office-based with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).

12+ months contract with negotiable day rate and Outside IR35 terms. You will review, draft and negotiate a range of contracts including EPC, procurement, engineering, service, NDA, JV/consortium, alliance and subcontracts, coordinating with Tendering, Commercial, Project

Qualifications

  • Experience with Offshore T&I/Construction Projects, ideally Offshore Wind.
  • Law degree or equivalent required.
  • Expertise in FIDIC contracts is non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience reviewing and advising on tendering contracts and administering project contracts; effective negotiation skills essential.
  • Existing right to work in the UK without visa support.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear contract summaries for tenders and projects.
  • Identify key contractual risks and advise management on how to manage or reduce them.
  • Take part in internal and external meetings, including negotiations, and produce notes or minutes.
  • Negotiate contracts in line with company interests and risk policies.
  • Support project teams with claims, variations and overall contract strategy.
  • Review subcontracts and purchase orders with the procurement team.
  • Draft contracts, legal documents and related correspondence.
  • Carry out legal research relevant to the company's work.
  • Help resolve contractual and legal issues with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to management on contract management activity.

Contracts Specialist/Advisor - Offshore Wind Projects

Ceto Talent is partnered with a Leading Tier 1 EPC Contractor known for delivering high-value and complex Energy Infrastructure projects. We're looking for an experienced Contract Advisor to support Offshore Wind T&I Construction bids & tenders.

Overview:

As a Contracts Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing, qualifying, and drafting a wide range of contracts, including EPC, procurement, engineering, service, confidentiality, non‑disclosure, partnership/consortium/joint‑venture, alliance, and subcontract agreements. You will also coordinate the workload with Tendering/Commercial, Project Management, and Procurement teams, gathering required inputs from supporting functions such as Insurance, Tax, and Finance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with Offshore T&I/Construction Projects, ideally Offshore Wind.
