NES Fircroft in London is supporting an energy client with a 12-month Contract Advisor role. This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office and is offered on an outside IR35 basis.
The ideal candidate will hold a law degree (or equivalent) and have proven experience in contract management, especially in the commercial phase for wind offshore projects, with strong expertise in LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms and both common and civil law systems.
NES Fircroft are supporting a key energy client based in London (KT1) with a Contract Advisor contract role, for an initial period of 12 months.
This will be a hybrid working role, which requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, and we can offer the contract on an outside IR35 basis. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with a law degree (or similar) and proven experience on a similar role, ideally within the commercial phase for wind offshore projects.
It would also be very advantageous to possess strong legal expertise, including LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms, and both common and civil law systems with a focus on contract law and partnership agreements.
