Job summary

Gardline Limited, part of Boskalis, is seeking a Training and Competency Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Training & Competency function and to assist Crewing with certification and eLearning requirements.

The role requires proactive organisation, autonomy across multiple sites, and a drive to support the energy transition through efficient training management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training Coordination or related admin roles in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple admin tasks and respond promptly.
• Knowledge of offshore training requirements (O&G UK, HSE, IMCA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared mailbox and respond to personnel within set timescales.
• Coordinate training bookings and issue joining instructions.
• Issue and track training certifications for internal and external courses.
• Register personnel to LMS for role-relevant courses.
• Track eLearning completions and generate reports for T&C Manager.
• Gather information for Client Project Matrices certification.
• Provide compliance reports to the T&C Manager as required.
• Maintain records of training validity and alert before expiry.
