Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and offshore projects in the Bath area. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, testing, logistics and offshore support to ensure on-time, safe, and within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive, solution-focused approach to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within engineering/offshore/manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects including modification, testing, mobilisation, demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and project delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, develop project plans, and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership with teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules, and milestones while managing risks and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore support.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, offshore personnel, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, progress reporting, and risk tracking.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposals.
