Job summary

Civil Works Alliance seeks a Marine Project Manager to oversee offshore elements of Sizewell C, directing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget and to the highest safety standards.

You will work closely with the Preconstruction Lead and Offshore Construction Manager to ensure safe offshore delivery, apply NEC forms, review programmes, and drive performance metrics.

Qualifications

• NEC contract knowledge and its application to marine/offshore projects.
• Experience delivering offshore/marine construction; ability to manage technical requirements.
• Ability to review/approve construction programmes and resource-loaded schedules.
• Proven skills in developing and approving Safe Systems of Work (SSoW).
• Strong grasp of CDM regulations and offshore site applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present technical/ commercial info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for offshore element delivery via subcontractors and manage work packages.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including Agents, Sub-Agents, and Site Engineers to deliver safely and to time.
• Develop, approve and monitor construction programmes and resource-loaded schedules.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction Lead and Offshore Construction Manager to ensure safe offshore delivery at Sizewell C.
