Job summary

Dron & Dickson is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support electrical maintenance, inspection and project activities across offshore contracts. The role links clients, offshore teams and internal departments to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with contractual requirements.

You will handle project planning, cost control, and people management, with regular client engagement and oversight of documentation and compliance. Based in Aberdeen or Stirling, full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/electrical/offshore environments preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring budgets and project costs.
• Proficient in project reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects across offshore contracts, liaising with clients and planning/logistics teams.
• Coordinate activities between offshore and onshore teams to support project delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, report progress, and manage timesheets and invoicing.
• Support cost control through budget preparation and cost analysis.
