Dron & Dickson is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of electrical maintenance, inspection and project activities across our offshore contracts.

This role combines project planning, cost control, technical oversight and people management, serving as the key link between clients, offshore teams and internal departments to ensure safe, efficient and contract-compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2, NC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong project coordination or project management experience within industrial/offshore environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities and commercial budget awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with clients and planning/logistics teams to monitor progress.
• Attend client and internal planning meetings.
• Ensure mobilisation requirements for personnel, equipment and documentation.
• Coordinate activities between offshore and onshore teams.
• Manage project activities in line with contract and client requirements.
• Monitor and report on project performance and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate timesheets, invoice approvals and financial administration.
• Participate in the on-call rota and travel as required.
