Job summary

Norwich-based offshore energy project seeks an experienced Document Controller to support engineering and project delivery for FEED on a jacket platform. You will handle registration, transmittals, revisions and MDR maintenance to ensure accurate, timely documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in engineering documentation, support for multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with MDRs. Offshore energy experience is desirable for this role in Norwich.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control within engineering or project environments.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of electronic document control systems and MDR.
• Experience managing transmittals, revisions, approvals and distribution.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Register, issue, transmittals, comments and revisions for documents daily.
• Maintain the Master Document Register and ensure accurate tracking.
• Review incoming/outgoing docs for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate document numbering, checks, approvals and distribution.
• Compile Manufacturers Records Books and project data packs.
