Job summary

PWE Recruitment Group is supporting an offshore engineering specialist to recruit an Engineering Manager to lead the FEED delivery of a jacket-platform project based in Norwich.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with project managers, and chair design reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. The role requires senior offshore experience and a strong track record in FEED phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years offshore engineering experience.
• Extensive offshore platform engineering and structural design experience.
• Proven delivery of Concept, Pre-FEED and FEED projects.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience preparing and presenting engineering design packages for client approval.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities during the FEED phase.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget.
• Oversee technical reviews, calculations, reports, specifications, and design docs.
• Manage engineering resources and provide technical leadership across disciplines.
• Chair design reviews and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders and third-party reviewers.
