Barclays in Jersey is seeking a Relationship Director to lead high-value international corporate client relationships within the Crown Dependencies. You will manage a portfolio of strategic clients, identify growth opportunities, and originate banking solutions across cash, payments, and lending, working with Global Treasury Banking partners.

The role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and risk discipline, with the ability to influence across a broad stakeholder network
