Job summary
BW Offshore Ltd. seeks an Offshore Technical Assurance Specialist to lead integrity, reliability and maintenance assurance across a global FPSO/FSO fleet.
The role combines offshore exposure with senior leadership interaction to shape a modern, risk-based assurance function focused on safe, reliable and sustainable operations. You will report to the Asset Assurance Manager within BW Offshore's Operational Governance team and drive continuous improvement in asset performance and assurance
Qualifications
- Degree, recognised trade qualification or professional certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Reliability, Maintenance or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in offshore oil and gas or another high-hazard industry, with significant experience in integrity, reliability or maintenance management
- Experience in assurance, verification, auditing, asset integrity management, reliability improvement or maintenance governance
Responsibilities
- Deliver Integrity, Reliability and Maintenance assurance activities across BW Offshore's global fleet under the Technical Assurance Program
- Conduct offshore assurance visits and compare Work as Imagined with Work as Performed
- Provide independent insight on asset integrity, reliability performance and maintenance management systems
- Shape the future of assurance through continuous improvement and innovative assurance approaches
