Job summary

Ocean Winds seeks an Electrical Asset Integrity Manager to lead HV electrical asset integrity across offshore wind assets. Define strategies, provide technical assurance, and interface with operations, OEMs and service providers to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

You will shape inspection regimes, lifecycle planning and risk-based decisions, ensuring continuous improvement and regulatory alignment. Edinburgh-based with hybrid working and international project exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in electrical engineering roles with asset integrity exposure.
• Experience in offshore wind, HV transmission, or large-scale power infrastructure.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain asset integrity strategies for electrical systems in offshore wind assets.
• Act as the electrical asset integrity technical authority and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define inspection regimes, condition monitoring, and performance standards.
• Provide engineering assurance over inspection, maintenance, repair and modification activities.
• Interface with operations, OEMs and service providers to ensure effective execution.
