Job summary

Ocean Winds is seeking an Electrical Asset Integrity Manager to lead the technical authority for HV electrical systems across offshore wind assets. You will define and implement integrity strategies, provide engineering assurance, and interface with operations, OEMs and service providers to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, 5+ years in asset integrity or related fields, and experience in offshore wind or large-scale power infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years in electrical engineering roles with asset integrity exposure
• Offshore wind, HV transmission, or large-scale power infrastructure experience
• CEng status preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain asset integrity strategies for HV electrical systems across offshore wind assets
• Act as the technical authority ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Define integrity management, inspection, monitoring, and defect management plans
• Provide engineering assurance over inspection, maintenance, and modification activities
• Interface with operations, OEMs, and service providers to ensure effective execution of integrity activities
• Support life-extension assessments, obsolescence management, and long-term asset planning
