About the Role

This varied and dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting internal teams and external partners alike.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will support the daily operations of the Coventry office with responsibilities including:

  • General office administration, facilities management, and supplier coordination
  • Sales support, including quote preparation, PO processing, and event administration
  • Financial administration, including invoice processing, budget support, and expense approvals
  • HR support, including payroll coordination, onboarding, and administration
  • Organising internal and external events, liaising with guests and vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and sustainability reporting

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar office support role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Digitally proficient, including Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
  • A problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
