The Opportunity:
This role will be key in supporting the Sales Team ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the sales administration process, including diary management, taking calls, email support and managing the CRM system.
However, your role is more than just about administration - it's about playing your part to create an exceptional customer journey, answering calls and helping customers with their queries about existing sales appointments, and supporting the wider Sales Teams whilst they are out on customer appointments.
Attention to detail is key as you will also be amending appointments, maintaining diaries as well as CRM management and ensuring our customer records are accurately updated as you help customers take the first step towards a greener future and energy-efficient living.
What you'll do:
We're looking for a great team player with a confident and collaborative approach to join our brand-new team, your focus will be understanding the needs of your customers and enabling the delivery of an outstanding customer sales experience.
• You'll enjoy working with and following a clear, consistent sales administrative process to deliver results
• The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail to provide both Customers and the Sales Teams with a consistently high standard of administrative support
• Answering calls and queries, understanding and helping customers with their existing sales appointments together with diary management
• Maintaining and managing the CRM System
• Identifying and feeding back ideas to continually improve our administrative processes
• Working closely with the Sales Teams to collaborate and develop a seamless customer experience.
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in an Administrative Role , ideally gained in a contact centre
• Confidence in taking inbound calls with the ability to actively listen to customer needs to deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain processes in a patient, empathetic, consultative and straightforward way
• Able to communicate effectively, consistently and quickly to the Sales Teams
• Motivated by working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A pro-active 'can do' attitude to get things done and willingness to learn
• Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to prioritise effectively
• Someone who works well individually and as part of a professional team
• Comfortable using a headset, computer, keyboard and different IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Google maps and CRM databases.
The start date for this role will be mid to late June and your full attendance is needed for the initial 2 weeks training programme without taking any holidays during this period. Training will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will then be working 40 hours per week, between Monday - Friday 8am - 7 pm on a rota basis with 1 in 4 Saturdays (reduced hours)
