This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close at 23:59 BST today.

The Vacancy

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling calls and emails with care and efficiency. You'll support our Shared Ownership sales process by managing incoming queries, progressing legal documentation for signing and sealing, and helping to ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards we set as a team.

Your daily tasks will include processing purchase orders and invoices, taking reservation payments, updating internal systems, and liaising with various departments to ensure smooth operations. You will also regularly communicate with senior stakeholders and our legal teams to support key milestones in the sales journey.

This is a great opportunity to develop your understanding of our sales strategy, products, and customer journey — all while being part of a team that genuinely takes pride in delivering excellent outcomes.

Please note that this role requires weekly office presence: Tuesdays at our Worcester site and Wednesdays at our Birmingham site (Birmingham Business Park) to support our sales teams.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

About You

You will have strong administration experience and excellent customer service skills, especially in handling inbound calls. You should be able to signpost or take ownership of calls while maintaining high service standards.

You should be confident in communicating with colleagues and customers, capable of managing a busy workload with changing priorities. Being organized and proactive in problem-solving is essential.

Experience within housing, sales, or legal settings is advantageous but not essential. The key qualities are your ability to provide excellent customer service, stay focused, and support the team with a positive, can-do attitude.

To succeed in this role, you will also need:

  • Confidence and professionalism in dealing with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • A genuine interest in customer care and delivering positive experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
