Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead a programme of office moves, expansions and redesign projects on a 15-month fixed-term contract. You will work with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into clear plans and manage impacts of each move.

You will coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to deliver smooth transitions with minimal disruption, while owning plans, budgets, risks and milestones and providing updates to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering office moves and workplace transformations in a complex environment.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Strong ability to manage plans, budgets, risks and multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of office moves, expansions and redesign projects with clear plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and business teams to align requirements and communicate impacts.
• Develop detailed move and transition plans coordinating multiple workstreams to minimise disruption.
• Manage facilities, fit-out and construction elements, coordinating contractors to ensure timely, safe delivery.
