Person overview:

  • They seek a highly organised office administrator with a keen interest in real estate, aiming to gain insight into all aspects of real estate development.
  • This role involves diverse responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and client management. You will be the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and agencies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Represent the company by welcoming visitors.
  • Prepare meeting rooms to provide a 5-star customer service experience.
  • Manage general office tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining the office environment, organizing appliance servicing, and tracking the storage unit in Kings Cross.
  • Coordinate with IT support and provide in-house IT assistance.
  • Serve as the main contact for suppliers, oversee cleaning, waste management, and liaise with landlords.
  • Assist in social media management alongside external consultants.
  • Manage office subscriptions.
  • Answer phones and handle correspondence, complaints, and queries from the public.
  • Support staff with onboarding and offboarding, deck preparation, website updates, and staff training organization.
