Our client, an award-winning, fast-paced, and ambitious agency in St Albans, is looking for a PA/Office Manager to join their growing team. They will consider full-time hours or a 4-day week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the smooth running of their studio, being responsible for day-to-day operations, finances, and the team.

Key responsibilities:
- Studio support: Maintaining diaries, action lists, and sign-offs for the Founder and SLT, supporting on client projects, and being the first point of contact for internal and external requirements. Supporting recruitment, HR, and studio activities.
- Business communication and finances: Managing invoices, PO’s, freelancers, merchandise, contractors, credit control, and cash flow. Assisting SLT with pitches and opportunities, and handling accounts queries.
- Process: Implementing and adhering to new processes, ensuring order across all touchpoints. Being organized, aware, conscientious, and proactive.
