We're looking for an Office Manager to join our UKPN team based in Gerrards Cross region.

Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

Hours: 40 Hours per week, Permanent, Full Time

What will you be responsible for?

As an Office Manager you'll be working within the UKPN team, supporting them in the implementation of the project administration procedures and co-ordinating the duties of the project administration team. Managing the day to day running of project offices(where applicable), facilities & support services.

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Invoice matching and processing
  • Cost Capture & Control
  • Recording and processing of payroll information, labour allocation, labour-only subcontractors
  • Cost Monitoring and Reporting
  • Reception duties as and when required.


What are we looking for?

This role of Office Manager is great for you if:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Knowledge & practical understanding of finance systems (Oracle & CPA preferably)
  • Knowledge & practical understanding of Time & attendance and access control systems
