Bayman Atkinson Smythe in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will support the Practice Manager and Directors, act as first point of contact for clients, visitors and external stakeholders, and manage office systems, HR and finance administration.

You ll play a key part in supporting the Practice Manager and Directors, while also being a welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and external stakeholders.
From managing office operations, HR and finance administration through to supporting quality and compliance, facilities, suppliers and internal projects, this role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is confident managing multiple priorities.
