This is a varied and business-critical position responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of company operations across workforce administration, payroll coordination, compliance, fleet management, onboarding, training administration and finance liaison. Working closely with Directors, operational teams and finance colleagues, you will ensure processes run efficiently, compliance standards are maintained and operational activities are effectively coordinated. The role would suit an organised, proactive and highly detail-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership of multiple responsibilities and becoming a central part of business operations.
