Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as a central point of coordination across the business.
  • Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and policies to support smooth business operations.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in ensuring projects and business functions run efficiently.
  • Report on project and operational metrics to inform company-wide decision making.

People & Team Support

  • Support onboarding of new staff and contractors, ensuring systems, tools, and access are set up.
  • Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and company updates.
  • Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Finance & Compliance

  • Reconcile company bank accounts and file company tax returns and payroll records.
  • liaise with consultant teams or external providers to support invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining company compliance (e.g., insurance renewals, data protection, health and safety).
  • Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in office management, operations, or business support role (preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment).
  • Previous experience working with the ERP system Odoo, or knowledge of accounting desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP, or CRM tools).
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.
