Job summary

Avison Young are seeking a Workplace FM Ambassador to support the Manchester office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of facilities service. You will coordinate with external partners and act as the local point of contact for facilities issues.

The role involves health and safety responsibilities and onboarding new colleagues, contributing to a positive and well-run office environment in the City Centre офис.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of the Workplace Experience team, lead and provide a user focused office FM solution.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the office space with 3rd party suppliers (cleaning, hygiene, vending, M&E, Landlord services).
• Serve as HSE representative to promote a safe, healthy working environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Support onboarding and Office inductions for all Avison Young colleagues.
