Job summary

Avison Young UK is seeking a Workplace Experience professional to manage the flagship UK London office’s facilities and services. You will be the local point of contact for facilities, coordinate third-party providers and uphold HSE standards to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment, with a commitment to presenting an immaculate office and supporting business

Responsibilities

Lead and provide a user focused office FM solution as local main contact for facilities issues.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and drive a safe working environment.
Coordinate 3rd party services for cleaning, hygiene, M&E and landlord services.
Onboard and induct new Avison Young colleagues and contractors.
Log and track facilities requests via the helpdesk and escalate as needed.
Maintain ISO documentation and help prepare for audits.
Assist with Business Continuity planning and annual BC tests.
Present and uphold high standards of office presentation and safety.
