Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is seeking an administrative officer to support the Access administration service within Glan Clwyd and related sites. The role focuses on booking patients to meet local and national targets and to support a patient‑centred service.
Candidates will obtain case notes, organize clinic letters, and work as part of a team to maintain a smooth flow of information. Welsh language skills are desirable but English speakers are welcome.

Working in a highly pressurised environment to provide a professional, efficient and effective administrative service for the Department. Using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure that patients are booked in line with local and national Access targets.
Work as part of a team, supporting other team members to deliver the Access targets and a patient focused booking service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
