Job summary

Anglo Pacific International Limited, a leading UK removals and shipping specialist, is seeking an Office Based Sales Consultant to manage enquiries, quotations and sales through phone, video and digital channels.

You will own customer cases from enquiry to close, build rapport, prepare competitive quotations, and work with Operations to fulfil promises while hitting revenue and margin targets. Experience in sales or customer service is ideal; eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-focused environment is preferred.
• Comfortable managing customers remotely through telephone and digital channels.
• Strong communication, questioning and listening skills.
• Able to negotiate, influence and close sales.
• Proactive follow-up of opportunities with a focus on revenue and margin.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new enquiries via web, phone, live chat and leads.
• Take ownership from enquiry through quotation to sales conclusion.
• Prepare accurate move costings and competitive quotations.
• Build rapport and explain benefits of Anglo Pacific.
• Identify opportunities for insurance and other products.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate with Operations.
