  • Supporting with uploading products to Amazon and other ecommerce sites.
  • Processing invoices, compiling sales reports, VAT returns, and payroll admin.
  • Building relationships with the warehouse for stock maintenance.

Office Assistant - Sustainable Brand

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location: White City, West London

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4:1

A growing sustainable brand is looking to hire an Office Assistant to support a range of administrative duties across different teams. This is a new role offering an opportunity for long-term growth within the brand. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a sustainable or environmentally friendly firm to align with the company's values.

What You’ll Do
  • Support uploading products to Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
  • Process invoices, compile sales reports, handle VAT returns, and assist with payroll administration for the external accountant
  • Build and maintain relationships with the warehouse to ensure stock levels are adequate for future orders
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
  • Assist senior managers with various ad hoc duties
Who You Are

To succeed, you should possess a strong work ethic and proactive attitude, eager to work in a forward-thinking company with growth potential. You will also have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience working in sustainability or with environmentally friendly products/brands
  • Previous finance administrative experience
  • Experience working with the Amazon platform
  • A proactive approach and high attention to detail

This role offers a salary of up to £35k, benefits, and the opportunity to work in a hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote).
