Job Description:

A very high-end Interior Design/Property Development company based in central London is seeking a bright, confident, and charming Office Assistant to handle office administration, assist the Office Manager, and contribute creatively to their social media efforts. The role is front of house but involves much more than reception duties.

You will work closely with the interior design team, assisting with client and supplier liaison, and engaging with the core operations of the business. Responsibilities include ordering weekly food and drinks, stationery, booking interviews, supporting operational tasks, providing PA support to senior staff, and managing internal company events. The role is varied and fast-paced, requiring calmness under pressure, attention to detail, and a welcoming attitude towards high-net-worth visitors.
