What we are looking for

Job Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns via various communication channels
• Operate switchboard, manage wake-up calls, and direct calls appropriately
• Relay messages accurately and promptly
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Assign tasks and ensure quality standards are met
• Lead by example and assist team members
• Support daily operations, including mobile check-in/out and guest complaints
• Represent the JW brand in guest interactions
• Support and train the At Your Service team
• Manage stock levels and liaise with purchasing for stationery
• Assist with administrative tasks and guest amenities
• Respond to emails within 24 hours
• Act as deputy for the At Your Service Manager when needed

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Experience in Reservations or Front Desk roles; knowledge of Fidelio and Marsha is essential
