As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of the office, providing executive support to directors, assisting with HR administration, organising events, and championing employee initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming environment
  • Booking meetings and attending these with the directors
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Liaising with contractors and IT providers
  • Overseeing health and safety in the office
  • Assisting with executive support tasks such as diary management and travel arrangements
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
  • Organising social and charity events
  • Maintaining a well-organised and tidy office environment
Candidate Requirements
