Job description

Reference: P8JOB5840 |Specialist area: Administration |Sector: Training

Our client requires an experienced administrator to join their team and this role can be full time 30 hours per week over 4 days. The role is to support the wider teams with correct input of information into their systems, due to sensitive information this role requires the administrator to have a DBS check, which the organisation will process and pay for.

Key tasks

  • Review and input relevant data onto various databases to meet contractual requirements
  • Provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business
  • Process information to meet contractual deadlines
  • Monitor documentation to support compliance with external stakeholder requirements
  • Complete quality audit checks
  • Accurate and prompt data entry
  • Maintain timely and accurate records
  • Accurately close and store information on records securely
  • Filing and general day to day office administration duties as directed
  • Ad Hoc duties as requested from management
