Join a charity where every role makes a difference.
We're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Office Administrator to become an important part of our team.
This is much more than an administration role. As a charity, every member of our team plays a part in helping us support young people and their families. We don't believe in "that's not my job" – we believe in working together, supporting one another and doing whatever is needed to make each day a success.
If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organised, loves helping people and thrives in a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you.
You’ll be at the heart of our organisation, helping to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing a warm and welcoming experience for young people, families, visitors and colleagues.
No two days are the same. One moment you’ll be answering the telephone, the next you’ll be helping prepare sessions for young people, updating records, greeting visitors or supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.
Your work will make a genuine difference by helping our frontline teams focus on supporting the young people who rely on our services.
You’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including:
As with most charities, flexibility is key. From time to time you'll help with tasks outside of your core responsibilities because that's simply how we work together as a team.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude as much as the right experience.
You’ll be:
Don't worry if you don't tick every box. If you believe you'd be a great fit for our team and share our values, we'd encourage you to apply.
Working for a charity is different.
Every day you'll know your work contributes towards making a real difference to the lives of young people and their families. You'll join a supportive, caring team where collaboration is valued, everyone's contribution matters and no two days are ever quite the same.
If you're looking for a role where your organisational skills, positivity and willingness to help others can genuinely make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
