Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  3. Maintain contact lists and company records (physical and digital).
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, mail).
  5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  6. Develop and maintain filing systems.
  7. Book travel arrangements for staff when required.
  8. Provide general support to visitors and direct them appropriately.
  9. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  10. Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, etc.
  11. Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.

Salary: £39,000 – £42,000 yearly
